• ID, entitlement to work in the UK, references, etc.
• Interviewed by fully trained consultant
• Competency based interviewing, technical testing, etc. according to client requirement

Candidate Briefing

Vacancy pack so all candidates are fully prepared for interview, including:

• Job description and person specification
• Benefits package
• Company brief and Company URL
• Map/directions

Candidate Submission
Specific permission to submit details is obtained from all candidates prior to submission

Formatted CV with additional information, such as:

• Reasons for leaving; Consultant's Comments'; Salary expectations; Location; whether all screening  completed or pending

Interview Process Management

Sammons manage the interview arrangement process so that you can interview fully briefed candidates as swiftly as possible.  Feedback is proactively sought and passed immediately on receipt to both parties.

Offer Process Management
Sammons are fully trained in offer counselling.  Where possible we work with our candidates on an exclusive basis, but where other offers are on the table for the candidate, we share that intelligence with you at the earliest opportunity.
