Standards

We are passionate about service standards, because it is by differentiating ourselves through service that we have established and maintained our position in the industry.

Our commitment to the REC Code of Practice, the ISO 9001:2008 quality standard, the ISO 14001:2004 environmental standard and the REC's Diversity Assured standard remain as strong as ever.  This year we have also been working with Diversity Works for London and the Mayor of London's Green Procurement/London Remade to challenge ourselves to improve even further.

REC Membership

We are active corporate members of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation.  This assists us in maintaining our commitment to best industry practice through:

• Adherence to and promotion of the REC Code of Practice
• Professional qualifications for our staff (the Certificate and Diploma in Recruitment Practice), which give access to membership of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals - 3 more of our consultants have taken these qualifications in 2009
• Participation in the REC Diversity & Inclusion Forum and maintenance of the Diversity Assured Recruiter Standard
• Access to a legal helpline, information resources (including a comprehensive online Legal Reference Guide, and the Chartered Institute of Management online portal), industry research, industry lobbying activity and campaigns
