Building a Job Specification

A thorough and comprehensive job specification can help you attract the most suitable candidates for your position.  A job specification should be thorough but concise and should not include too much jargon as this can confuse candidates.

Application form

Some companies want all candidate applications to be the same.  Although we format all our CVs to the same style, some clients find the use of an application form a useful way of regulating responses.  If you do require an application form to be completed alongside or instead of CVs then please do not hesitate to draw our attention to it.

Interview Processes

The interview process will help you get to know any potential candidates and will ultimately lead to the appointment of new talent in your organisation. However, there are many different interview styles and techniques which can be deployed depending on your role requirements including: standard question and answer interviews; competency based interviews; personality profiling; and psychometric testing.
