We need to understand your organisation thoroughly before we begin the Search or Selection process, so that we can assess the temperament and style of potential candidates and choose those who will fit in well.

Using this information, we define a specification and salary range that is likely to attract the best candidates and present it to you for your approval. We also determine the most appropriate methodsof recruitment and formulate a strategy that is most likely to identify a wide range of potential candidates.
