Identifying Candidates
The initial list of potential candidates is compiled from various sources, including our database, knowledge of availability, new research and industry contacts. We make discreet enquiries about all the names on the list to check that they genuinely fulfil your needs.
If you want us to advertise, our ability to run both named and un-named adverts enables you to target the maximum pool of candidates whilst maintaining absolute discretion in what may be a sensitive piece of recruitment.
Sammons Associates would receive all responses and interview all suitable candidates face-to-face. If this is not possible due to the location of a candidate, a full and extensive telephone interview would be conducted.
