24 hour Service Technician (Truck and/or Van) Worthing Salary: £30K plus call out fee (OTE £60K) Ref: 1374841

My client is a UK market leading vehicle dealership based in Worthing who requires an experienced HGV Technician, who will be on call 24 hours per day on a rota basis. Job duties for this position are to understand and diagnose faulty components and to carry out inspection, maintenance, repair and installation of components.

The successful candidate will need to be qualified to city and guilds or NVQ level. Experience as a technician with HGV trucks and/or vans is essential. You would be fully responsible for your van and breakdown case management. The role is suited to someone who can work independently and manage their own workload. A generous salary and benefits package is on offer, with a £30K basic, plus £30 per call out and time and a half overtime.
