Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to work in busy Groups insurance Department of this established organisation.

You will be providing Multi -Skilled administrative support to the team, whilst working alongside other administrators.

The role will include;

Providing secretarial and full administration support to 2 x senior managers and their teams.

Diary management,

Monitoring compliance standards for the team

Maintaining records using electronic filing system

Dealing with general correspondence

Amongst additional duties.

you will need to have;

Excellent organisational and time management skills

strong oral and written communication skills

ability to multi task and work to tight deadlines.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft packages.
