Position: Administrator - 12 Month Maternity Cover Contract

Location: Plymouth

Salary: £18,000-£18,500

We are currently recruiting for an Administrator for a maternity cover contract to be based at our client's site in Plymouth. This is a full time role, where the successful applicant will be required to work 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Working alongside a Healthcare team you will complete all work to a high standard, coordinating and maintaining the diaries and appointments of the clinical staff, in addition you will produce Occupational Health monthly reports and statistics and auditing clinical note input onto the system. You will perform general admin duties including taking and issuing meeting minutes, taking telephone calls and passing on all messages and performing any additional administrative duties for clinical staff as and when required.
