A friendly and efficient Administrator/PA is required for an established wholesale business based in Eastbourne, to cover maternity leave. You would be a vital support to the MD, working within a friendly team and be required to work accurately using your own initiative. You must have excellent MS Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint and Word, proficiency in advanced spreadsheets is essential as well as experience preparing PowerPoint presentations. You would also be required to have excellent communication skills, both oral and written. The work environment is team oriented and very fast paced, therefore excellent organisational and time management skills are essential, in addition to a professional attitude. The hours are 9am to 5.30pm but may involve extra hours as and when required.
