Within this role you work with a portfolio of clients providing trustee secretarial services, attending meetings, presenting papers and drafting minutes
Follow up on actions and work in progress, ensure that the Trustees meet legal and compliance requirements and draft communications.
Supporting project work, such as adviser selection exercises, de-risking projects and governance reviews.
Excellent communication skills are essential as you liaise with trustees, advisors and TPR, organise trustee meetings and draft business plans.
You will experience working within a similar role, good technical knowledge and the ability to communicate at all levels.
