You will be working in a values-based organisation committed to making a difference.
You would primarily be delivering the Pension Wise service, but also using your pensions knowledge to help customers on our general helpline and other channels.
The posts are flexible positions available on a full or part time basis (minimum 3 days per week). Flexibility on operational hours. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, driven and confident of working in a pressured consumer focussed environment.
You will need to be a strong communicator and accustomed to working with members of the public. You must have experience of working in or with pensions, understanding a range of different pension type s and be up to date on legislation. You need to be hungry to learn more and will ideally to have or be working towards being APMI qualified or similar professional qualification such as Chartered Insurance Institute.
