Our client, a leading consultancy, is seeking an enthusiastic individual to ensure the smooth running of administration of pension schemes for several clients.
In this senior role you will oversee delivery of Administration services as well as playing an important client facing role.
You should be experienced in instructing junior staff in connection with benefit calculations, monitoring work and liaising with other senior staff to reallocate work where necessary. In addition you will be responsible for monitoring attendance and approving holiday requests as well as conducting appraisals.
This position will also include attending trustee meetings, becoming involved in client pitches and improving processes
To be successful, applicants should demonstrate previous Pensions Administration experience, solid calculations background and the ability to engage clients.
