This is an exciting opportunity for a Bar and Member Events Supervisor to join an award winning Leisure group.
Core Activities, Duties and Key Tasks
- To actively manage, develop and motivate a team of bar staff
- Planning a programme of events for club users and for local people
- Stock control
- Overseeing staff levels
- High levels of communication skills
- Previous management experience as a Bar Manager
- Proactive in resolving any issues
- Proven customer service skills
- A positive outlook
- Flexible in your approach
You will be working 39 hours per week including evenings and weekends on a rota basis
