Reporting to the UK Benefits Manager you will coordinate and manage all aspects of employee benefits, to include, but not limited to: Pension, Private Medical Insurance, Childcare Voucher, Cycle Schemes, Life Assurance and Income Protection plans. Respond to benefit enquiries and complaints .
Experience in pensions is key as you will work with the third party pension administrators and handle all member queries.
To be successful in this role you will have gained experience working as a Pensions Administrator or within Benefits Administration. Must have a mathematical mind and the ability to calculate data with ease. In return you will work for a worldwide organisation.
