Business Analyst Eastbourne

Salary: £55k Ref: 1374015

Required for an international business with head quarters locally based in Eastbourne. You would be responsible for supporting users of the business, dealing with their systems, processes and procedures. The Analyst's main geographic focus will be to support European users in addition to limited global objectives of the department. You would be required to manage a steady amount of support requests, troubleshoot problems and provide solutions. In addition you would also be required to visit the companies international offices on a regular basis, approximately 25% of your time will be spent visiting these offices. You would be supporting management information solutions on reporting engines and dashboards for critical business systems, organise and structure data from multiple sources (xls, Oracle, CRM) to provide relevant business information. Ideally you would have a relevant Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or Statistics. Between 3-5 years' recent experience working as an analyst along with experience using CRM software. Essential would be strong analytical and mathematical skills, with the ability to work with teams based remotely. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also needed along with the ability to work with little supervision. Finally knowledge of and exposure to BI tools, experience with SQL and familiarity with Crystal Reports is necessary for this role.
