This is a fantastic career opportunity to join an international company who are highly respected experts in their field. You would be responsible for supporting users in the operational excellence of the systems, processes and procedures. The main geographical focus will be supporting European users in addition to limited global objectives of the department. You will be required to manage a steady amount of support requests to enforce the operating procedures, answer questions, troubleshoot problems, and provide timely solutions. Essential for the role is experience in SQL, and be an expert in Excel and Crystal Reports. A degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Economics or similar would be preferred but not essential. Must have experience with CRM software, possess strong analytical and mathematical skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to work with teams based remotely.
