Café manager required for busy Café and event venue.
Our Client is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced manager to lead their existing team on a seasonal basis.
The Café is situated in an idyllic rural location in the Wadhurst area therefore own transport is essential.
The service can be extremely busy, so you'll need to be used to working and dealing with the pressures of service.
You can expect variety in this position, as you will be expected to manage all areas of the kitchen and cafe.
Shifts are varied times to include Fridays Saturdays and Sundays with the possibility of some weekdays.
We are looking for someone to start ASAP, who must be flexible and enjoys leading and working within a team to insure the high standard of customer service is maintained.
Management or supervisor experience is essential along with excellent customer service skills.
