You'll be working shifts of 40 hours a week. evenings and weekends work will be included.

The Role

Within this role the duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Key responsibilities:

  • Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your speciality
  • Managing and training chefs working with you
  • Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of H&S
  • Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins

The Company

A very popular and much-loved pub in the traditional English Town of Rye are on the market seeking a Chef to oversee the kitchen including preparing, cooking and presenting wonderful dishes from their popular menu.
