Our client is looking for Claims Handlers to join their team. Full training will be given for the role which will be primarily customer service focused. The ideal candidate will have experience in a sales or customer service role, have good negotiating skills, a professional telephone manner, possess excellent IT skills and the ability to work to deadlines / achieve results under pressure. It may suit someone from a retail background who can bring with them exceptional customer service skills. Hours are 37.5 per week. 9am- 5.30pm or 8.30am -4.30pm and Saturday 9am-1pm (time and a half) - overtime is available. The salary will be reviewed after completing the probationary period.
