Lead and manage the relationship between the Administration teams and a growing portfolio of clients.
Oversee the delivery of all services to existing clients, ensure needs are met, agreed SLA's are in place and develop further service requirements.
Develop relationships with administration clients, present reports, attend regular meetings and build a strong pipeline of project opportunities.
Provide technical support and advice to clients on administration projects, assist in client pitches.
For this role you will need a thorough understanding of pensions administration, would suit someone in a similar role or someone looking to step into a more client facing role. Strong technical skills and excellent communication.
