Within this role you will provide a key point of contact for the client, make sure service levels are maintained, liaise internally to ensure goals are reached.
Provide Trustee secretarial support, conduct service review meetings and ensure service delivery matches client expectations.
Utilise technical expertise to ensure client is aware of changing legislation and provide administration with additional support.
For this role you'll need solid experience of working within the Pensions Industry ideally on occupational scheme and experience of working in a client facing role. Good technical knowledge is also essential
