Heading up a number of teams you will be responsible for delivering a customer focused service to a high standard, developing business plans and identifying and implementing changes to maximise efficiencies.
Other key aspects of the role include improving client processes, identify additional opportunities and participate in tender processes.
For this role you'll need an excellent understanding of pensions administration, be able to build/create/maintain excellent client relationships and have an understanding of what your clients require from their administrator.
Previous experience within a management role is essential as is a good knowledge of current market trends. You must have a thorough background within pensions and have experience within change management.
Relevant pensions administration qualifications such as PMI/QPA would be preferred.
