Job Description

Duties include:

  • Liaising with purchasing in regards to stock
  • Responsible for all export orders including arranging packing dimensions and transport where necessary.
  • Dealing with and distributing to correct department all incoming emails.
  • Managing transport requirements for larger orders including setting up hand over meeting to discuss requirements.
  • Manage all bespoke orders.
  • Manage all standard orders.
  • Ensuring all order follow ups are completed.

Other Responsibilities include:

  • Assistance with quotations and enquiries during busy periods.
  • Performance Indicators
  • On time and in full delivery of all orders to 98% consistently.
  • Order acknowledgement or customer contact to be made within 2 hours on receipt of order.
  • Ensuring delivery on time and in full of all day to day stock orders.
  • Logistics management of all stock and orders.
  • Liaising with the warehouse
