We are currently recruiting for an experienced secretary to work for this prestigious organisation based in the city of London. This is an exciting opportunity to provide maternity cover for a period of 12 months as a Cross Divisional Secretary working for three Senior Managers, and their teams, within the International Directorate
You will provide a full secretarial and administrative service to two Senior Managers in the Policy and Strategy Division, and one Senior Manager in the Global Spillovers and Interconnections Division, as well as providing support to their teams. The role includes exposure to many different areas of the organisation, including regular interaction with senior offices within the organisation, ahead of key international trips. Other key responsibilities for the role include;
- Diary management for three Senior Managers
- Organising meeting papers for internal, external and international meetings
- Organising foreign travel and dealing with travel expenses
- Organise briefing indexes for foreign trips used by International Directorate and the Senior Offices in the organisation
- Providing support to two teams within the Policy and Strategy division and one team in the Global Spillovers and Interconnections Division
You will need to have good organisational skills, Time management and administration skills
be able to work under pressure, good communication skills and able to work as part of a team.
