Customer Service Administrator Near Lewes
Salary: £18-19k Ref: 1373203
My client is seeking an experienced customer service administrator with a background in managing their own caseload for a busy role which involves ensuring service levels and targets within the department are achieved. You will be required to make and receive calls in order to resolve queries, updating information on the bespoke computer system and checking documents before sending them out. Strong customer service skills and IT literacy in MS Word, Excel and Outlook are essential. You should be comfortable working within a team and also be able to work on your own initiative. Good verbal and written communication skills are a must.
