My client is a market leading Tech Company who requires an ambitious Customer Service Agent to join their friendly award winning team. Job duties for this position will include supporting customers via live chat, email and via the telephone, on-boarding new customers, providing technical advice and building customer relationships.
The successful candidate will need to be tech savvy, have great customer service skills, and attention to detail. This working hours for this position is Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm, the starting salary is £16k rising to £17k after passing probation.
