An opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Assistant, within a technical environment. This is a full-time role to start asap.
Varied Duties include:
- Taking collection and delivery requests over the telephone and via email and booking courier collections, following up as necessary
- Actioning Customer Service emails as required and forwarding to appropriate teams
- Client liaison
- Compiling daily operational figures and forwarding to the relevant team
- Data entry checking
- Printing labels
The right candidate will be an excellent communicator who possesses strong IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Someone with customer service experience within a technical environment.
