Customer Services Representative
Are you experienced in delivering exceptional customer service to clients, face to face, over the phone and via email? If so, this could be the perfect position for you! The key responsibilities for the role would be to build and maintain and improve client relationships by effective communication. In addition you would be investigating and resolving customer services issues, ensuring that client contracts are accurately processed and up to date whilst managing record keeping for all contract-related correspondence and documentation. You would need to have experience liaising with clients, have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Your own transport is required for this position.
