As Team Leader you will manage a team of pensions administrators, ensuring overall team performance to meet current and future business needs. You will plan, prioritise and distribute work taken on by team.
With strong people management and interpersonal skills you will provide guidance to team members on all aspects of work and on more complex issues and problems that are outside the established guidelines, policies and procedures.
A self-starter, you will constantly aim to improve standards and develop new procedures.
Organised and efficient, you will monitor, produce and act on performance measurement information to support the effective and efficient day-to-day running of the team.
Strong DC admin experience is essential, role will suit a Team Leader looking for a new challenge or a Senior Administrator looking to develop.
