Supporting a service oversight/technical manager, you'll gain valuable exposure to governance, compliance and administration regulation areas.
Work to embed key systems and processes that ensure operations are in line with agreements and regulations.
You'll also review client service outcomes to recognise any emerging issues or trends, develop others within operations and promote an awareness and appreciation for driving forward best practice.
Other duties will include dealing with technical queries, producing performance reports, assist with system/product development and investigate complaints.
Good DC technical knowledge required, ideally CF1 & FA2, along with a customer-centric mindset.
