In this role you will support Senior management in overseeing the delivery of pensions services to a growing client base. Ensure work is delivered on time and within set targets, explore ways to improve processes and procedures.
Manage staff matters including performance management, appraisals and oversee staff wellbeing.
Carry regular reviews of all communications issued to members, support wider company areas to help shape and define services.
Previous experience managing staff and solid DC pensions knowledge is essential. Good data skills would be beneficial
