Estate Agency Administrator Lewes

A busy independent town centre Estate Agency that deals with both Sales and Lettings are looking for a highly organised administrator to join their small team. This role is very diverse and attention to detail is needed within this fast paced environment. Duties would include filling branch records, writing property descriptions, compiling AST contracts and Gas Safety Certs etc. You would need to be confident with an excellent telephone manner, and experience of working within a lettings/sales environment would be an advantage but not essential. Excellent IT skills are also needed for this role. This role may suitable someone wanting to launch a property career within a highly respected agency. Monday to Friday 8.30am-6pm, free parking is available.
