Estate Agency Administrator Lewes

A busy independent high end Estate Agency that deals with both Sales and Lettings are looking for a highly organised administrator to join their small but very busy team. This role is very diverse and attention to detail is essential within this fast paced environment. Duties would include filling branch records, writing property descriptions, compiling AST contracts and Gas Safety Certs etc. You would need to be confident with an excellent telephone manner, and experience of working within a lettings/sales environment would be an advantage but not essential. Excellent IT skills are also needed for this role. This role may suitable someone wanting to launch a property career within a highly respected agency. If you are really efficient with good social media skills so that you can do social media marketing, brochures etc, this would be an advantage. Full training with be provided! Monday to Friday 8.30am-6pm and there will be the occasional need to work on Saturday (no more than 6 per year with time back in lieu) free parking is available.
