A Branch Manager is required by a well established Estate Agent in East Sussex. You will already be running a successful branch or have the experience, ambition and ability to move up the career ladder. You will need to demonstrate that you have the drive to lead and motivate your team to each achieve their potential, exceed targets and provide excellent customer service.
You will have a professional approach and be completely at ease with the process of selling houses. You are a natural sales person with a welcoming personality.
The successful candidate will have the following experience/attributes:
- A natural leader already successful in your current role
- Excellent sales ability and a people person
- Experience of a fast moving and busy environment
- Strong leadership and motivation skills
- The ability to recognise market trends and react accordingly
- Excellent communication, organisational and financial management skills
- New business generation experience and the skills to network
