Job Description

Duties include:

  • Full customer service duties
  • Answering incoming telephone calls and emails
  • Provide customers with quotations
  • Process sales orders
  • Resolve any customer issues
  • Up-sell products and services on customer orders and quotation requests
  • Maintain accurate records and information on customer accounts
