My client is a market leading Distribution Company who requires a French speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly award winning team. This position will be assisting the export team including European distributors.
Job duties for this role will include allocating stock to shipping orders, communicating with couriers and arranging deliveries, getting quotations for shipments, creating commercial invoices, and complaints handling. It is essential that you are fluent in English and French for this position, Spanish is desirable.
The successful candidate will need to have excellent communication and analytical skills, great customer service and strong attention to detail.
