Job Description

This will involve early mornings 7.00am start till 5.00pm 4or5 days per week (No weekends)

This is a temporary role until December 2018 possible view to extend.

Identifying any minor faults on the premises or fixtures and fittings
Conducting general D.I.Y duties and repairs
Responsible for keeping the grounds and buildings clean and free from litter
Some painting, fixing signs and clearing rubbish from site areas as required

The successful applicant will have the ability to maintain good customer relations via excellent interpersonal skills and be able to prioritise and organise time effectively. You will be able to work independently at times and use initiative in dealing with requests.

Key experience essential for the role of the Assistant Caretaker.

Experience desired but not essential
General maintenance skills to be able to undertake building repairs, carpentry & decorating
Sound knowledge of Health and Safety and COSHH regulations
Full UK Driving Licence
