Overview for Home Manager(RN):
Due to internal promotion, a rare opportunity has arisen for the position of a dedicated and dynamic Home Manager to join a well established, medium sized dementia nursing home in the Maidstone area.
Skills/Requirements for Home Manager(RN):
- Previous Care Home Management experience within an elderly care environment
- RGN or RMN qualified is essential
- Must have a strong understanding of care service and delivery within a nursing home
- You will have a sound understanding of all relevant legislation and current CQC compliances and outcomes
- Excellent communication skills
- To facilitate, manage and direct the delivery of all aspects of care to service users within the home, working with service users, staff and other team members to ensure this meets a high measurable standard.
- To lead, motivate and manage a team of staff striving for continuous improvement.
