Position: Home Manager (residential)-Older Persons Care
Contracted Hours: 40 hours
Overview for Residential Home Manager:
Our well established client is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Home Manager for their reputable medium sized residential home. You will possess strong leadership qualities and experience of dementia and running care homes. You will possess a NVQ Level 5 or above.
Skills/Requirements for Residential Home Manager:
- Previous Care Home experience within a dementia and elderly care environment
- IT skills and marketing/business awareness
- You will have a sound understanding of all relevant legislation and current CQC compliances and outcomes
- Must have a strong understanding of care service and delivery within a nursing home
- You will be responsible for safeguarding, staff management, Health & Safety, budgetary control and liaising with parents, stakeholders and colleagues at all levels
- Strong communication and managerial skills
