Our well established and extremely reputable client near Bromley is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Home Manager. You will possess strong leadership qualities to run their small to medium sized, fully compliant home.
Skills/Requirements for Care Home Manager:
- Previous Care Home experience within an elderly care environment
- IT skills and marketing/business awareness
- Care Home Manager will be a Registered General Nurse (RGN)
- Must have a strong understanding of care service and delivery within a nursing home
- Strong communication and managerial skills
