Overview for Care Home Manager:

Our well established and extremely reputable client in Surrey is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Registered Home Manager. You will possess strong leadership qualities to run their small to medium sized, high end nursing home. This is a forward thinking company with future plans for expansion and who is looking for an innovative and exceptional Manager who is ready to implement new ideas and to grow an already successful business.

Skills/Requirements for Care Home Manager:

  • Previous Care Home experience within an elderly care environment
  • IT skills and marketing/business awareness is essential
  • Care Home Manager will preferably be a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
  • Must have a strong understanding of care service and delivery within a nursing home
  • Strong communication skills
