About the role:
Our client is an award-winning company, with a team of dedicated people to their industry set. They have been serving the local community with a reputation for providing top quality products. Due to rapid expansion plans, our client is looking for a dedicated HR professional.
This role will be perfect for you to create a new HR structure and therefore you need to know your way around the whole HR spectrum, to cover all aspects of HR, including sickness, holidays, disciplinary proceedings, recruitment, appraisals, accident reporting and more through to advising and the more strategic aspects. Being proactive and reactive, able to spot opportunities and make recommendations are all part of the role.
Experience in a stand-alone role will definitely be advantageous. Experience of working across HR as a Generalist including demonstrable examples of dealing with benefits, learning & development, employee relations and recruitment, as well as partnering with teams across a business particularly with Snr Management and the Accounts department. You will likely be more senior than is required for the admin aspects, but these parts underpin your work here and are as important as the other areas you will get involved in and therefore you need to be technically HR sound.
