HR Administrator Nr Lewes

An established business on the outskirts of Lewes are looking for a HR Administrator to join their busy HR Department. You would be providing high quality administrative and transactional processing support in the delivery and HR lifecycle and HR calendar events. You would be providing first level support to employees and management including policy related matters, right to work, vetting, personnel files, systems and payroll. You would need to have a proven background in providing customer service/client focus skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, possess good verbal and written skills and be able to manage high volumes of requests. CIPD Level 3 (desirable), results orientated and able to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. HR internship or experience in HR required. In addition experience of HRIS and CRM systems.
