My client are a market leading Insurance Broker based in Wadhurst who require an experienced claims handler to join their friendly award winning team. Job duties for this position include recording a processing first notice of loss claims, dealing with customers over the telephone, communicating with loss adjusters and engineers, maintain and updating a CRM database, adhering to all legal requirements at all times. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 12 months insurance claims experience, have great customer service skills and attention to detail. Due to the location of the offices, all candidates must have a full UK driving license and access to their own vehicle.
