Monday to Friday - 9am-5pm / 1 sat in 3 for 3 hours 9 to 12 noon at 1.5 times salary
This is a reactive sales position, working as part the Sales team covering Motor and Household insurance. Whilst this is not a sales generation positon, the team do work to targets, but not at the detriment of offering excellent service to their customers.
The team celebrate their success with 2 hour Lunches and a bonus when all the team achieve their targets. This insurance company really do providing a quality service. The company pays for their employees professional qualifications.
Requirements for the applicant:
- Previous personal lines sales experience
- Good sales and communication skills
- The ability to build good rapport with customers
- Team player who will assist colleagues
- Someone looking for stability
24 days plus 4 bank holidays and extra time at Christmas
