Key interim appointment to identify and define the company's DC product to meet the needs of its members.
You will identify changes, define the functional requirements and work across the organisation to agree a delivery plan.
This will require deep experience of occupational DC pension scheme design and administration, and of delivering significant product and propositional change in a consumer-focussed financial services environment.
You will also be able to draw on significant experience of developing and understanding of retirement options within the DC pensions market.
Strong leadership and influencing skills will be essential.
