Implement changes to processes resulting from changing legislation or changes in business practice, and support the team with producing training material, with scope to develop your training skills.
Research the needs of the admin teams, identify existing good practices and suggest areas for improvement.
Help produce communications in relation to changes affecting the admin teams, and participate in translating technical material into implications for processes, letters and administration systems.
You will have strong DB knowledge, and experience of producing training materials.
