Work towards achieving team objectives and provide effective and efficient project administration to clients. Be trained to perform various tasks such as benefit calculation, rectification, data cleansing and other ad-hoc projects while updating databases and systems.
Handle queries over telephone and in writing, developing a basic knowledge of clients and associates and work closely with other internal and external departments.
Numerically skilled, educated to Degree or A-Level (3 grade C's or above) standard, strong Microsoft Excel skills and a willingness to study for pensions qualifications (CPC/APMI) required. Previous office based experience would be an advantage.
