Due to new business wins, client is seeking an experienced Team Leader to deputise for the Member Services Manager in the day to day running of the Member Services team. Be the first point of contact for day to day queries from the team.
You will lead a portfolio of clients ensuring the delivery of member services in line service level agreement.
Prior experience of managing a team, as you will undertake line management responsibilities, including objective-setting, training and 1:1 reviews.
Demonstrable experience of DB and DC administration is essential, couple with strong technical knowledge.
