Position: Legal Secretary - Conveyancing

Location: Eastbourne

We are currently recruiting for a Legal Secretary to join a busy Conveyancing department, working in a friendly law firm based in Eastbourne. The role is a permanent, full time role and duties will consist of:

  • Support Fee Earner in management of secretarial workload
  • Typing up dictation
  • File Management
  • Managing file related queries by phone, email or face to face
  • Ensure all clients are provided for efficiently and professionally
  • Assist with general office admin
  • Undertake photocopying/filing/faxing etc as required
  • Ensure all internal policies and procedures are followed

You must have experience of working in a busy legal secretary role, and you must have experience of supporting fee earners within a Conveyancing department.
