Lettings Negotiator Brighton & Hove

Salary: £ 14-18k DOE Ref: 1374244

My client is a market leading Estate Agency based in Hove who requires an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their busy but friendly team. They are looking for an ambitious individual who is driven to succeed. You would have strong organisational skills and be confident in dealing with clients. Duties include registering applicants, securing tenants for new properties and negotiating and agreeing new lets. At least one year's previous experience within the industry is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided. Candidates must also have a full, clean UK driver's license.
